Kevin Champeny began drawing before he could speak. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Champeny attended Beloit College and moved to New York in 2002 after graduating. Every job he’s ever had has been closely related to art, but always in the background. In 2016, while working in the aerospace industry, Champeny’s current business partner discovered his talent and convinced him to pursue art full-time.

‍Kevin has an insatiable need to create. He sees the world a little differently than most, and it shows in his work. Seeing things as their component parts, the negative space that is around them, the juxtaposition of their placement and use, has allowed him to reconstruct the images he sees in new and interesting ways. Kevin creates unique work for collectors, gallerists, and celebrities all over the world.
